Michelle Hanlin lives and works in Sydney and has been exhibiting since 1999. She was a finalist in the Helen Lempriere travelling scholarship in 2004 and was later included in the IKEA home project. She has exhibited in group shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Hobart and been a finalist in the RBS Emerging Artist Award. Hanlin has had five solo exhibitions at Gallery 9 and her work is in the collection of Artbank, Wollongong City Gallery and the MCA, Sydney, as well as numerous private collections.
