With 6 months left of his two year studio residency at Gertrude Contemporary, Jake Walker will have a solo exhibition in Studio 12 titled Painting and Relief, presenting a table-based assemblage / collage of paintings and ceramics. Accompanying the exhibition will be an essay by Gertrude Contemporary Emerging Writer, Alison Lasek.
